GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out)

Garbage in, garbage out (GIGO) in the field of computer science or information and communications technology refers to the fact that computers, since they operate by logical processes, will unquestioningly process unintended, even nonsensical, input data (“garbage in”) and produce undesired, often nonsensical, output (“garbage out”). The principle applies to other fields as well…like negative thinking for example.

If we constantly feed our thoughts with negativity, or put ourselves down in our own mind..(garbage in) We will get unintended and undesirable output such as depression, low self esteem, fear, lack of energy and/or joy….

Being that my past is filled with so much negativity I try to fill my mind with crowd out those debilitating thoughts.

I stumbled on a group on facebook called…Attitude to Inspiration. It is a group full of inspirational photos and thoughts and I love to read them, ponder on which ones apply to me and I work on adopting the positive message into my life.
